【國家發(fā)展改革委：“十五五”時期持續(xù)實施粗鋼產(chǎn)量調(diào)控 嚴禁違規(guī)新增產(chǎn)能】財聯(lián)社12月26日電，國家發(fā)展改革委產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展司發(fā)布文章《大力推動傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化提升》。文章指出，對鋼鐵、石化等原材料產(chǎn)業(yè)，關(guān)鍵在于平衡供需、優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)。原材料行業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)和支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。當前，鋼鐵、石化等原材料行業(yè)普遍面臨供需動態(tài)性平衡不足、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)不優(yōu)等問題。“十五五”時期，原材料行業(yè)要深化供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革，堅持供需兩側(cè)協(xié)同發(fā)力，增加高端產(chǎn)能供給，確保總量規(guī)模適度、供需基本平衡、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)升級。加強行業(yè)管理，堅持“減油、增化、提質(zhì)”，持續(xù)實施粗鋼產(chǎn)量調(diào)控，嚴禁違規(guī)新增產(chǎn)能，促進優(yōu)勝劣汰。聚焦重點產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈需求，支持企業(yè)加快產(chǎn)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新，推動創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化，加快補齊短板弱項，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)加速邁向中高端。加強常態(tài)化運行監(jiān)測調(diào)度，發(fā)揮好預(yù)警機制作用。
