According to Statistics Canada, Canada produced 5,394.008 mt of iron ore concentrates in December, up 10.1 percentfrom November but up 7.7 percent from December 2022Canadian iron ore producers shipped 2,987,461 mt of iron ore concentrates in December, down 14.3 percent fromNovember and down 0.9 percent from December 2022.Closing inventories of iron ore concentrates at Canadian producers totaled 7,653,763 mt in December, compared to6.637,476 mt in November and 8,445,748 mt in December 2022.
