EEC's final rules on AD duty against cast aluminum wheels from China-The 20th China (Guangzhou ) Int’l Casting product Exhibition

It was reported that the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) announced the final ruling of anti-dumping against the cast aluminium wheel products originating from China imported into the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) customs territory on January 10th, 2019.
The result of the final ruling of anti-dumping was affirmative. The import of the products involved has caused substantial damage to the relevant industries of the Eurasian Economic Union.
There was a causal relationship between dumping and substantial damage, so it was recommended to impose a five-year anti-dumping duty with a tax rate of 33.66% on the imported aluminum wheel products produced in China.
The products involved under the EEU tax numbers were 8708 70 500 1 and 8708 70 500 9 .
