Background
CEN/TC 190/WG 7 “Spheroidal graphite, silicon molybdenum and austempered ductile iron” - Call for experts for the field of “Fracture mechanics of cast irons”.
CEN/TC 190 decided to appoint Emmanuel VEGA (France) as Convenor of the WG 7 to revise the European Standard EN 1563 and to launch a preliminary work item for a Technical Report in the field “Fracture mechanics of cast irons”.
If you are willing to put yourself forward as an expert to contribute to this work on behalf of the UK through Bsi, then please contact Pam at ICME by 10th January 2014.
(National Member Bodies (NSB) are requested to nominate and register experts with experience in this area for CEN/TC 190/WG 7 via the CEN Global Directory, preferably by mid-January 2014).
