Taiwan's E-Sheng to increase section steel prices this week-The 19th Guangzhou Die-casting, Foundry & Industry Furnace Exhibition

E-Sheng Steel Co., one of the section steel manufacturers in Taiwan, has announced to rise its section steel price by NT$500/ton this week. Other Taiwanese mills hiked its section price by NT$800/ton this week which is more than E-Sheng.
This is because E-Sheng hiked the price earlier last week in order to offset the high raw material cost. After the adjustment, the price of angle bar will be at NT$17,800~18,800/ton; that of channel bar will be at NT$18,000/ton; that of flat bar will be at NT$18,200/ton; that of round iron will be at NT$19,000/ton.
As raw material price remained at high level, the price of section steel was expected to go up further next week.
