The new Pantheon™ mechanized welding system from Lincoln Electric performs automated, repetitive welding operations for SAW and open-arc welding processes for such industries as heavy fabrication, shipbuilding, power generation, construction, and pressure vessel manufacturing.
Available in 8- by 8-ft. and 11- by 11-ft. sizes, the system integrates with other automation systems, including ingoing and outgoing material handling, to aid workflow.
The standard configuration includes a Power Wave® AC/DC 1000® SD welding machine, MAXsa® controller, and adjusters and slides. Components can be added, including seam tracking systems, welding positioners, jaw chucks, motorized slides, pipe support stands, and turning and idle rolls.
