Dragon Steel, the subsidiary company of Taiwan''s China Steel Corp., will announce its new list prices for Electric Furnace (EF) Al-killed wire rod for Jan/Feb soon during Dec.
China Steel Corp has already decreased its wire rod and bar prices by NT$970/ton for Jan-Feb. Although the prices cut is not as much as expectation, but customers are likely to accept for current situation.
According to source said that the company might adopt its parent company price policy. However, the market demand still remained weak due to lacking transaction activities.
