The company covers an area of 126 acres with a building area of 50,000 square meters. Currently, the company employs over 130 staff members and boasts an advanced fully automated wire rod pickling and phosphating production line, three heat treatment continuous production lines, over 200 water tank wire drawing machines, and 30 straight-feed wire drawing machines.
The company primarily produces various types of carbon spring steel wire, rope steel wire, steel wire for automotive flexible shafts, optical cable steel wire, aluminum-clad steel wire, brush steel wire, galvanized steel wire, and other steel wires and their products. These products are mainly used in spring manufacturing, elevators, automobiles, communication optical cables, high-voltage power grids, and other fields. Currently, the company has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons and annual sales of 300 million yuan. The company is currently one of the largest professional spring steel wire manufacturers in China
