H2 scrap prices rise in Japanese Osaka region-The 15th China(Guangzhou)Int’l Metal &Metallurgy Exhibition

It’s reported that the H2 scrap base prices surged by ￥500/ton to ￥38,500~￥39,500/ton on November 27th, driven by the fact that Tokyo Steel hiked scrap purchasing prices at Okayama works by ￥1,000/ton on November 26th.
In Osaka region, several electric furnace mills, including Kishiwada Steel Co., Godo Steel Ltd., Shinkansai Steel Corp. and Nippon Steel & Sumikin Shapes Corp. have all hiked scrap purchasing prices by ￥500/ton on November 26th.
