Chinese innovation policy for steel industry to effect domestic market-The 19th China (Guangzhou) Int’l Spring Industry Exhibition

In order to improve and enhance the value of steel, China government would promote another new steel policy for capacity re-allocation after eliminating scrap steel and intermediate frequency furnace.
The main purpose of new policy was to increase value added to common steel. It might have a great impact to the existing supply chain and the steel price would be also involved.
Taiwanese steel producers indicated that the capacity re-allocation has already appeared continuously when China struck at scrap steel and intermediate frequency furnace.
Moreover, the exchange capacity of carbon steel and stainless steel were on the process. After the whole industry integrated adjustment, the existing distribution channel and the market dealing would change and it would be a big issue for Taiwan steel producers.
