Steel consumption of fiscal 2015 in Japan is expected to keep the same level as fiscal 2014 estimation, around 64.34 million tons, Japan Iron and Steel Federation announced. Common steel decreased by 0.2% to 51.07 million tons and special steel rose by 0.7% to 13.27 million tons.
