Under the China’s environment protection policy, China''s domestic demand for scrap steel continued to decline, while the supply continued to grow, leading the scrap price continued to fall.
Some traders began to seek to export scrap steel, the Asian market in the last 2 months, the Chinese resources increased significantly.
According to the customs statistics showed that China''s exports of scrap steel amounted to 15,400 tons in April of 2017, increased by 2252.6% compared with previous month, and last year''s scrap steel exports were only 1,045 tons
