Due to rapid economic growth which lead steel demand increased, especially the demand for steel used in construction, as well as the high reliance on imported steel, Vietnam new projects in iron and steel enterprises with more clearly defined objectives.
Vietnam steel mills decided to implement capacity expansion plans in 2016-2017, Vietnam steel exports played a supporting role. Given the use of coils in the construction industry expand and long products have higher profits than those, so the Vietnam local steel mills would continue to develop of coil production.
