According to the ONS data, United Kingdom manufacturing production index seasonally adjusted quarterly during the March-May period increased by 1.3% month on month, and an increase of 0.6% year on year.
Meanwhile, in May this year United Kingdom for basic metals and fabricated metal products production index rose 0.6% year on year, and rose 0.7% year on year.
