China’s Shagang to cut wire rod list prices for mid-Jan- The 18th China(Guangzhou) Int’l Plate metal, Bar, Wire, Metal Processing &Setting Equipment Exhibition

China’s steelmaker Jiangsu Shagang Group has announced its price list in the domestic market for middle January. The company decided to cut its prices for wire rod by RMB150-200/ton for January.
After prices adjustment, the prices LX72A wire rod dropped by RMB150/ton; the prices of 82B wire rod with diameter 6.5~9mm are at RMB3,790/ton, dropped by RMB150/ton.
Meanwhile, the prices of 45-65 grade wire rod with the diameter of 6.5-14mm are at RMB3630/ton, dropped by RMB200/ton, the above prices include 17% VAT, effective on January 11th.
