Italy’s domestic rebar and wire rod prices fall-- The 18th China(Guangzhou) Int’l Plate metal, Bar, Wire, Metal Processing &Setting Equipment Exhibition

Because weak rebar demand and poor orders transaction, Italy steel maker to lower its domestic price by �5~10/ton (about US$6~11/ton) in October, At the same time, Italy manufacturer to cut domestic drawing wire rod prices at �10~15/ton ( about US$11~17/ton).
Prices fell mainly because of imports inadequate during June and July this year. In addition, the major domestic manufacturers make acquisition decisions, their integration into downstream manufacturers, seems to have some effect on prices.
