It is reported that European hot rolled coil market demand remained low, European producers to close its November steel plate production sales.
As demand recovery will take some time, since the European Commission has announced to impose provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of Chinese alloy or non-alloy steel. So European domestic hot-rolled coil market prices rose about US$11/ton, compared to the last month.
