It is reported that China’s steel market remained sluggish in September, and cold-rolled prices fell slightly. Downstream demand is likely to improve, while stocks continued to fall.
Market participants pointed out that the market will continue to be more up and down in October, because the exports volume has been improved further, and it is expected prices continues to upward trend.
