Reportedly, Brazil’s hot dip galvanized exports to the United States prices were at US$630/ton FOB, an increase of US$5/ton compared with early month early at US$625/ton FOB.
Market participants pointed out that Brazil’s sales and prices of hot-dip galvanized to the United States were still optimistic, because the United States demand has increased further. Currently, Brazil has 4 idle blast furnaces.
Brazil now has four blast furnace idle. Brazil exported 43000 tons of hot dip galvanized to US, prices were at US$513/ton FOB price in March.
