Polish Izostal SA announces that on 22 February 2016 years Izostal SA concluded further trade agreements with the company Salzgitter Mannesmann Grossrohr GmbH based at Salzgitter in Germany. The latest transaction is for purchase of spirally welded steel pipes DN 1000 from the company Salzgitter Mannesmann GmbH Grossrohr, a total value of 4.636 thousand EUR
Under the agreement, the subject of the order will be delivered by the Seller no later than 18 May 2016.
The buyer has the right to claim compensation in case of delay in the delivery date in the amount of 0.3% of the delayed batch of pipes for each calendar day of delay. The maximum value of the penalties for late delivery is limited to 10% of the net contract value.
Other terms of the transaction do not differ from those commonly used for such contracts.
