Schwarze-Robitec offers the CNC 220 HD MW heavy-duty multistack tube cold bending machine. It processes tubes with a maximum diameter of 8.63 in. and up to 19.7 ft. long.
Offering quick setup time, the bender processes materials such as steel, copper-nickel-iron alloys, and stainless steel. It can bend thin- and thick-walled tubes with different diameters at the same time.
The tube is clamped in the index head and positioned in space by means of the transport unit and index head. After the first bend, the tube is removed and turned if necessary, creating 3-D tube systems without an excess of weld seams.
