As of November 1, importers of pipes to Ukraine have used 87.38% of their quota (till April 2015) for delivery of steel casing pipes with 406.4 mm diameter. From October 1, 2014 till March 31, 2015 the quota is 9328 tons, thus the unused quota is 1177.1 tons. In particular, Russia and Austria have used 100% of theirs quotas (6631 and 13.67 tons respectively). While Poland, Romania, Slovakia, India and China haven’t used their quotas at all.
