The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) postponed its preliminary determination in the less-than-fair-value investigation on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Argentina, Mexico, and Russia.
The petitioners, including Borusan Mannesmann Pipe U.S., Inc., PTC Liberty Tubulars LLC, U.S. Steel Tubular Products, Inc., United Steelworkers, AFL-CIO, CLC, and Welded Tube USA, Inc., submitted a request on February 10, 2022 for the decision postponement due to the size and complexity of the investigations.
Therefore, the USDOC postponed the deadline for the preliminary determinations by 50 days and will announce its decision no later than May 4, 2022.
