According to the report, Brazil Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services recently canceled to review the anti-dumping duty investigation on imports of seamless carbon tube from China, which the diameter not more than 5 inches and mainly used for oil and gas transport sectors.
The Brazilian government decided to levy the anti-dumping duty about $US 743/tons on Chinese seamless carbon tube, which will be valid for a period of five years. The product involved the customs tariff code of 73041900.
