Thailand imposes anti-dumping duty on South Korea & China's steel pipe exporters- The 19th China (Guangzhou ) Int’l tube & pipe Processing Equipment Exhibition

According to the report, Thailand announced the final determinations of anti-dumping duty investigations on imports of steel pipe from South Korea and China. In this report, Thailand mainly levied anti-dumping duties on ERW and SAW steel pipe, but the correct tariff duty rate must be confirmed in accordance with enterprises obtained the HS Codes.
Thailand imposed final tariffs on South Korea that based on CIF standard, duties were set at 3.49% for SeAH Steel Corporation, 32.62% for the Hyundai Steel, 16.1% for the SeAH FS Co.,Ltd and 53.88% for other pipe-related items.
In addition, Thailand made the final anti-dumping judgment on Chinese industry, the anti-dumping duty rate for Huludao Pipe was 31.02%; that for Tianjin Tianyingtai steel pipe Co.,Ltd rates was 3.22%; that for 17 enterprises with unpassed application was 19.19%; that for other pipe-related items was 66.01%.
