EU final rules on seamless pipe from China- The 18th China(Guangzhou ) Int’l tube & pipe Processing Equipment Exhibition

It''s reported that on May 12nd, 2017, the European Commission announced to make anti-dumping final ruling on steel seamless pipe and tubes originated in China with anti-dumping duties of 29.2% to 54.9%. The related products of the European Union CN (Combined Nomenclature) are encoded as 7304 19 90, 7304 29 90, 7304 39 98 and 7304 59 99 (EU TARIC code 7304299090).
On February 13th, 2016, European Commission based on application from The Defence Committee of the Seamless Steel Tubes Industry of the European Union, on behalf of European seamless pipe manufacturers, launched anti-dumping investigation against China''s seamless steel pipe.
The dumping and damage investigation period for this case is from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. November 11, 2016, the European Commission made preliminary ruling on China''s products involved with 43.5% to 81.1% of the provisional anti-dumping duties.
