According to the final result of the sunset reviews on anti-dumping (AD) orders, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) found that the revocation of the current AD duty orders on stainless steel wire rods from Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US industry within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, the AD duty measure will remain in place.
The final AD duty rate assigned to Japan is 12.72%, and 4.73% and 5.19-28.44% were set for South Korea and Taiwan, respectively.
