On January 31, 2022, the Commission on Unfair Trade Practices and Safeguard Measures of the Dominican Republic announced its final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) sunset review, deciding to maintain the 43% AD duty on imports of rebar from China.
The extended measure will be valid for five years, from January 26, 2022 to January 26, 2027.
