Schaeffler Australia has introduced their latest series of Motion Guard automatic lubrication devices in the Australasian market, providing an economical and environment-friendly mechanism to keep bearings in vital machinery and plant adequately lubricated.
Designed for controlled re-lubrication, the Motion Guard automatic lubricator series supplies a sufficient quantity of fresh grease continuously to the correct contact points of the roller bearing at the right time, preventing undersupply or oversupply of the lubricant.
Mr Mark Ciechanowicz, Industrial Services Manager, Schaeffler Australia says Motion Guard is the most economical and environment-friendly method of supplying grease to rolling bearings. The fully automatic and virtually maintenance-free automatic lubrication device provides the precise amount of grease required for a rolling bearing, eliminating wastage and maximising the bearing’s service life.
Schaeffler’s Motion Guard series is offered in a choice of options to suit different application requirements. Available in single or multi-top versions, these lubrication devices can deliver grease and/or oil to the precise location where it is needed at intervals set by the user.
The Motion Guard series is a cost-saving solution as it replaces the need for an expensive central lubrication system. Instead, Motion Guard delivers the grease or oil straight to the bearings, where it’s needed most.
